At ausvapeshop, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. Whether you are stocking up on iGET Bar Pro, trying the new iGET Moon, or sticking with the classic iGET One and Alibarbar ranges else, our simple return policy has you covered.
1. OUR RETURNS POLICY
We understand that plans can change. If you no longer require your order:
- The Requirement: We accept returns on all factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 14 days of the arrival date.
- Hygiene Standard: For your protection, any product that has been unsealed or used cannot be returned due to health and safety standards.
- The Result: Once our team inspects the returned parcel, we will credit your original payment account for the value of the items.
2. FAULTY ITEM REPLACEMENTS (30-DAY COVERAGE)
If your iGET or Alibarbar device isn’t performing as expected due to a manufacturing issue:
- The Window: You are covered for 30 days following the delivery of your order.
- How to Resolve: 1. Reach out to support@ausvapeshop.com with a quick video or photo showing the issue. 2. Once our team provides a “Return Authorization,” send the device back for a technical check.
- Our Commitment: Verified faulty units will be replaced with a brand new product or, if you prefer, a full refund.
3. ESSENTIAL GUIDELINES
- Authorisation First: Please do not send items back without contacting ausvapeshop first; unauthorised returns may not be processed.
- Exclusions: This policy does not apply to accidental damage, water damage, or general wear and tear from use.
- Logistics: Unless an item is confirmed to be defective, return postage is handled by the customer.
